Return Cost

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

14 Days to Return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers must notify us of their intent to return within this period. Once approved, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom sizes and made-to-order items are exempt from return or exchange, unless the item is found to have a material defect or manufacturing fault.
