Processing Time: Since each item is handmade, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping.
UK Shipping: We offer standard and tracked shipping across the UK via Royal Mail.
International Shipping: We ship to the United States and worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Items made to specific customer measurements or personalized specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Faulty or Defective Items: If any item (including custom orders) arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
Standard Items: For non-custom items, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition: Returns must be sent back unused and in their original packaging
